Made my mother an appointment. She waited over an hour and when she went to ask about her appointment the employees were clueless about it and seemed really unorganized.

We watched the front desk staff turn away a visibly injured person before us.  We had been referred by another doctor...and decided to go anywhere else.
Would give less stars if possible.
