After reserving our room and making reservation for 2 queen size beds; we arrived to the hotel and got a tiny room with 2 double beds, and in the bathroom the tiles on the floor (the size of a toonie) were completely lifted. The floors were very dirty. We got switched to another room as I have a mobile infant and the lifting tile was not only dirty but also a huge choking hazard. The room we were switched to seemed fine, however as a result of the uncleanliness one of my family members ended up with a bladder infection from the jacuzzi tub in the establishment. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

Conveniently located off the 401 and about 50 minutes south of Ottawa. Enjoyed my stay here. Clean room with fridge. Nice and decently priced restaurant. Would recommend for a stay!

This is a friendly, efficient old fashioned Inn. It's not a glitzy place. Just a satisfying place to stay. Has a full restaurant and a pub with a nice beer selection. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It is convieniently located for the seaway, upper Canada village and playhouse. Nice for kids

My wife is confined to crutches and a wheelchair due to an injury. We were told that the hotel was accessible but it is not the case. Without help she would not have been able to get up the big ramp and through the two sets of heavy double doors (that do not have automatic openers.) And once we checked in we were told to go back through the double doors, down the ramp and to the far East side of the building, unless she was ok with "a couple stairs" (translates a flight of stairs). The "accessible" entrance would have again been impossible for her to get through without help. No automatic doors, and to get through the doors we had to pull the wheelchair backwards or the lip at the bottom of the door frame would have dumped her out of the chair or been unpassable were she alone. Not impressed to be honest. If you have mobility concerns this is not an ideal place.

Price alittle high. Would not be high if breakfast was included. Needs some sprucing up. But service and food good.
