Had to replace a gas valve on our furnace and the owner Mark was very helpful!

First of all, if you know that you don't carry any parts for the furnace that you going to be working on or may not even be able to get the parts. ( which you can tell by looking at the furnace Brand and age) Tell the customer that you would like to check on this before you pretend to work on it for and hour and bill us for $90+  for what you knew in the first 5 min.

I have used them several times within the past decade.  We own an older 1950's style home in Washington County PA.  We wanted to relocate the entire washer/dryer area in the basement and they did a wonderful job.  They also presented us with a couple of various plumbing options we were not aware of.  Sure, plumbing is not cheap, by any means, but they stand behind their work and were very professional and friendly.  I will not go anywhere else because I trust them and they are always so nice.  They also replaced our old bathroom tub faucets and put in a new shut-off valve on our old 1950's pink toilet.
