The quality of work is very good, and everyone is very friendly, but the price they charge for their service is far above what it should be. They advertise that they cater to small businesses, however, as a single employee operation, I could hardly afford them. Unfortunately i didn't find this out until after i got my invoice from them. It was twice the price of my last accountant(who had retired), and this was even after they had me do a portion of the work on my own time to "save myself money"(i shudder to think what the price would be had i not done that). My last accountant did more for me at less than half the price. Another problem i have is the lack of details on the invoice. There was no breakdown of what i was being charged for and why. I hate to think i was charge for the 45 minute conversation i had with my accountant about golf, but I guess i have no way of knowing. Bottom line: If you can afford them, go for it, but If you are a small business, there are much better options for you out there.

If everyone at McKerley & Noonan is as easy to work with and personable as Justin Shellenberg, rest assured, your accounting needs are in good hands! Justin really enjoys his work and cares that his clients are taken care of, he will do everything he can to make sure your business is well served.
