My dad went here as a little boy in the 1930;s (he is now 79 years old).  We'd visit my Nana, who lived right across the street, I remember hopping the chainlink fence. with my sisters. to play on the playground when I was a little girl.   The school looked much different then; as did the playground.  The building was a few stories high (it seemed huge when I was little).  I teach 3rd grade now; how cool would it be to teach where my father used to go to school! But, I live in the suburbs, anyway, and love where I currently teach,
