I am not happy with the service I received The staff was nice and all but they refused to work on my sons bike that I bought him 2 months ago when our local Kmart went out of business. I believe that this particular bike shop is just trying to get me to buy a bike from them. I would not suggest that you take your bike to this shop.

Always a nice experience. Both of our girls are on their trade up program, which has been great since kids need a bigger bike ever couple of years anyway. You pay the initial cost of the first bike you purchase, then you trade it in when it's time and only pay the difference for the upgrade. Your child's old bike is donated to Father Fred. 

These bikes are not cheap, but they are high quality. My kids love riding; they do it daily once the snow is gone. So, we pay the price. 

Anyway, this store (Garfield location)  is great.
