The staff was friendly... Then I got the worst call I could receive, I am pregnant and in my second trimester... And my doctor quit a day before my appointment. In 4 months of my pregnancy I was given an ultrasound and blood work, nothing more to do with my baby. No heartbeat was taken, no measurements, just mostly filling out the same paper work multiple times. Thanks for the waste of time. Thanks for basically nothing.

If I could give 0 stars I would but because and only because they have  to receive a bare minumium of one star which one star just so you know greatly  exceeds there worth and is being extremely generous. if your looking for  bear minimum  health care you have come to the right place here in lapeer county the last three times I have been here have been absolutely by far the most disrespectful nurses and doctors and can physically see they do not care about there paitents

I just got back from my first visit with Dr Sachs.. He made a snap judgement about me due to the prescription medicines I'm on.. Without reviewing my entire health history or pulling up a list of my previously prescribe meds, he called me an addict!! I left his office completely upset and in tears.. I've never been treated so poorly by a doctor before! I NEVER asked him for pain meds and the only reason I went to see him was to find a new PCP due to a change in insurance.. I am chemically dependent on these meds through no fault of my own.. I've lived with chronic pain for the last 17 years and have numerous health issues.. I NEVER DOCTOR SHOP, USE VARIOUS PHARMACIES, ASK FOR MEDS EARLY, MAKE UP STORIES ABOUT LOSING MEDS, BUY OF THE STREETS or ANY of the other bs addicts do!! I'm disgusted that a so called professional who I was forced to turn to for care would treat me this way!! Im so tired of being judged for the medicines I take! My soul intent was to get off these meds, but for what? I have pain and actually need them! But I'm tired of judgmental idiots.. This is NO WAY to treat a patient let alone a human being who desperately needs help!! It's bad enough being judged just trying to get the scripts filled when a new pharmacist comes to town.. I've been with the same doctor and pharmacy since first being diagnosed... Dr Sachs treatment of as disgusting to say the least and I'm now afraid to see ANY doctor at McLaren.. Unfortunately for me, I'm stuck and have no choice...
