Very nice park! No bathrooms but nice location, and it's near the light rail.

A moderate elongated park, with a playground at the further end.  It's often pretty cool to walk with all the trees maintaining the heat in the Summer. There is a problem with homeless types harassing parents and kids, however, on most weekends when warm.

Fantastic park.  Lots of trees, very breezy.  Arvada hosts several special events here, including live concerts and the Sunday Farmers Market.  Great place to hang out or take a walk.  If you have kids, there's a nice play area on the South of the park.  Enjoy!

This is a very quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. I went on a walk and was greeted by multiple amazing people. There are always kids playing at the park so if you have children they should make friends no problemo!

Nice park in Old town mostly a dog park for the condos next to it.

Used to be a good place to go and bbq play frisbee enjoy some fun family time but the picnic tables and grills are gone and the apartment building is full of cop calling transplants that think they own the park not a good place to go for the fines are outrageous and you are walking on eggshells the whole time and the dogs have been allowed to do whatever they want and people don't pick up after their pets
