Fast, professional service at a price. I called at 7:30 a.m. on the coldest day of the year and someone was at my place by noon to fix the heat. As I was told when I called, the service fee was going to $79.50 just to show up and do simple diagnostic. 

The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, and provided a quote to replace the condensate pump ($372.70) and blow out the condensate line ($156.16). He had all the materials he needed on his truck. I later looked up the price of the pump he installed and it was around $80.

So in less than an hour and half and with an $80 part, the problem was fixed but at a cost of $608.36. Giving four stars because that seems high to me. But again the service and speed was great.

Mark is an excellent professional who is friendly, knowledgeable, pragmatic and experienced. He took the time to explain everything, wore boot covers, cleaned up when he left, and did not try to upsell me on anything. The estimate from McLoughlin for an Aprilaire 800 steam humidifier was competitively priced.

I have used McLoughlin Plumbing on a number of occasions and have always been pleased with the honest work the service technician has provided. Most recently I called on a Thursday afternoon to see if someone could come the next afternoon and even asked for a specific time. They did it! The work was done quickly and when I asked for advice about future work that should be done, I got an honest answer - nothing urgent! Can't really say how their prices compare, but I feel I am being treated fairly.

Had yearly Heater tuneup on November 10.  Mark knew my Carrier Infinity system and checked everything out, had a checklist right on his IPad.   He ran all of the diagnosed, did a Carbon Monoxide test, replaced the filter, stayed around to make sure the heater came on and off when it was supposed to and was most efficient and courteous.  Uniforms and Trucks are quite appealing.  This company gets highest marks every time I need them for any service.

McLoughlin did a tremendous job coming out and removing the old unit, replacing and installing the new one.  Everyone was friendly and courteous, kept the house clean, and the salesperson Rob was on site throughout the install to ensure it was going smoothly and came back twice after the fact to check and ensure was running properly.  Would highly recommend.
