The staff at McMachen made my first cruiser purchase smooth and enjoyable.  TJ was EXTREMELY helpful and patient with all of my questions (a lot of them), and worked with me through the entire process.  He was diligent in helping me negotiate with the seller to get a great price and make sure everything was in order.  From showing me each of the boats I was interested in, to helping set up the mechanical inspection and survey, TJ was spot on every step of the way.  Great communication and very timely.  JoAnne was also a wonderful help securing the loan (at a great rate), and making sure all closing, title and registration details were taken care of.  She even suggested an insurance company that saved me a lot of  money over every other quote.  If you do your research and know what you want, TJ and staff will help get you into a great boat!
