We are a family owned and locally operated Residential Plumbing, Heating, and Drain cleaning company servicing the Greater Boston area and Metro south & west suburbs.

We sell and install Water Heaters and Water Filtration Systems.
We are proud distributors of Symmons Plumbing fixtures, LAARS Heating Systems, Rinnai and A.O. Smith - Hot water heaters.
Drain Cleaning and Drain stoppage is a major part of business for our Residential applications.

We had an emergency with our Water Heater and had Adam there within an hour and a half. He was a efficient, courteous, and explained the problem to us very clearly. Will definitely use McMahon in the future.

Had an appointment for a plumber for 12:30PM for a kitchen faucet replacement, nobody came and nobody had the courtesy to call that they are going to be late. At 1:15PM I called their office and was told that they are just cleaning up on the last job they were doing, will eat lunch and will be in my house at 2:30PM. At 2:37PM the office person I talked to earlier called to tell me they are just leaving and wont be here for another 30minutes. I told the guy that I am cancelling the job request because I have been waiting for more than 2 hours and cannot wait any longer. I haven't even finished talking yet and he interrupted me to say "OK bye!".Not even a feeble apology for my wasted time! There is no way I am calling that company again. I'll stick with Winters, they are a little more expensiven but have always been reliable and respectful.

No issue with the work performed. Do note that they will be very expensive for smaller jobs - better off calling a handyman if it's something you can probably do yourself but just don't have the time. Good customer service and responsive in emergencies. Worked with me to resolve my issues with prior service

I had a small job a few days before Thanksgiving. The handle in my shower broke off and I had neither the tools nor the parts to fix it. My household was about to double in size. McMahon plumbing was willing to make time in the schedule for a small repair. They came when they said they would, and they communicated with me throughout the process. The men who came to my home were courteous. I was, however, a bit shocked by the cost - the reason for the drop of one star.

These guys are crooks beware you will me over charged 2k for a water heater install.
