I’ve been loyal to this company since 2015 and recommend it to anybody interested. Rates are cheap and I’ve never had a problem. They make bills easy to read and pay. When it comes to answering questions they are easy to reach and knowledgeable. I’ve even talked to Dennis McMichael himself!

McMichael Insurance is a quality agency with superior customer service. They are proactive; reviews are timely. I always have my questions answered, phone calls returned in a timely manner.

I had two great experiences with McMichael Insurance. One, I worked with Josh on Medigap insurance. He spent the time to go through all the plans and explanations on the plus and minus of the pertinent ones. He was very helpful.

The second was with Mark regarding an auto and home policy review and a suggestion for a Hagerty policy for my sports car. Great recommendations.

Always five star service.  Even if I 'didn't' hear back on the same day, I still wouldn't worry because I know the kind of work they do at McMichael.  But that hasn't happened either!  A tough act to follow, and truly a team effort.

I have been a customer of McMichael Insurance for several years now and I have always been impressed by their commitment to serve their customers. I have invariably received excellent service with routine events like leasing another car, but in 2015 I had a water pipe in an unheated attic (long story about how the house inspector I hired when I bought the house missed that!) which brought down half my garage ceiling and did significant damage to my utility room. McMichael stayed on top of the whole claims/repair process with me, including going above the claims agent's supervisor when there were unusual hold-up's in accomplishing the repairs.  I am totally satisfied with their service and helpfulness.
