Canoe launch is step type nice trails op r not year round

A great paddle downstream to burchfield park (canoe and kayak rentals available there). It can be easily completed in 1 hour to 90 minutes just by drafting and occasionally paddling. River is not deep, you will see and sometimes touch the river bottom all the way down to Burchfield. Recomended for families with young children and first time paddlers. Keep an eye out and ahead for wildlife: turkeys, deer, birds, turtles, fish. Enjoy!

This is a nice 2-3 hour canoe trip downstream from the Eaton rapids launch near the rapids (behind QD). There isn't much parking here though especially if you have a trailer.
