These guys are scum balls!  My sister went to them to enforce a judgement of child support.  She paid a 3500.00 retainer and then was due a refund of over 900 when the case was over 18 months later based on the detailed billing they provided her.  She received a letter stating the refund check was enclosed, but it was not.  When she continued to inquire they adjusted the detailed billing to bring her balance to 0.00 and not issue her a refund.  By the way, she still has yet to receive a cent of child support.  Spend your money elsewhere. They charged literally for every email she sent, and every phone call she made inquiring about the case.  Do not use McNamee and Mahoney!  Tell all your friends, I will!
