Excellent cleaning.  Excellent customer service.   I have been using McNatt's Cleaners for the past 30 years.  That's a good track record of quality.  

Yesterday and today were the first times I have been to this particular location. It is a big store! The store was well maintained (clean, neat, etc.), well staffed, and obviously well managed. 

I parked in the drive-thru and as I got to the side door a lady greeted me with a smile.  I told her I was just picking up. I then tried to enter by the door she had just come through and she motioned that I needed to go to the entrance (oh, yes, I was trying to enter an employees-only area).

Then as I walked in I saw there were other clerks at their cash registers.  Confused again, this time as to which clerk I should go to, one of them instantly called to me and stated the total price. In the meantime someone was going to get my shirts. I think it was the first lady who greeted me at the door. 

All of the above happened very quickly, within less than 15 seconds. 

The clerk then told me I had two shirts at the McNatt's County Line Road store. Well, now I know why I have been thinking I should have more shirts! 

My shirts came up from the back, I paid and was on my way again.  I received great service from a friendly staff and am rejoicing because I discovered where those two shirts are.  

In the years I have been going to McNatt's the staffs have always been focused on customer service from the moment I pull into the drive-thru until I leave. Today was a good example.

I took a dress to be dry cleaned cost me almost $20 I'm not sure if that's a good price or not but for me I thought it was quite expensive

I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. I dropped off 16 things picked up 14, then when I called to see if they had it. The lady quickly got into the it's not our fault mode. She admitted that something was entered in wrong on they're end, claimed I dropped a shirt in a area I never been in & over charged me. Refused to give me a receipt, and Even a copy of the things I dropped off. And I'm still missing a shirt. Very bad experience with this place.

I had a funeral to go to and needed cleaning back asap. The counter lady was so nice and offered to have it ready in two hours. Quality work and fast.  They were a life saver.
