For the past three years we have been audited consecutively. They falsify documents so clients get bigger tax refund, next thing you know the IRS sends a letter saying we need to pay back that money. Do not come here unless you are planning too break the law, and get in trouble with the government.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Unless you want to get an audit be my guest. Connie will blow numbers up so it looks like you are getting a really good return and when the IRS comes knocking on your door with an audit and you find out you owe 4000 in back taxes she nor will her office help you out. I've spoken with audit representative and this company is on their radar. DO NOT GO THERE FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

It is sad to see tax preparation offices falsifying expenses to allow the tax payer a bigger refund. I am aware this office implements such practices. For those who get audited I will recommend searching for Enrolled Agents Certified for Representation in front of the IRS, please look up NAEA National Association of Enrolled Agents for a contact list. You can also report this tax preparation office to the IRS for Investigation. Good Luck!!!!

WORTH THE WAIT!!!! BEST place to get your taxes done, good and thorough refund, yes you will wait like 5 hours to be seen but they're so professional and efficient, my whole family has been coming here for years and honestly I would go anywhere else! Connie is the BEST!!!

The worst service I have experienced ever for a Tax Service and by far the worst experience anywhere in 2014. The prep communication (i.e. what to bring) was non-existant. The visit to the office in late August resulted in a lot of waiting and mass confusion. Also, I noticed a lot of people were there because they were audited based on the returns filed by this company. After the visit (in late August), to date my tax papers were never mailed to me, even though I paid extra for that. I opted for a direct deposit for my federal and two different state returns. My federal return was mailed to me in early November, over 10 weeks later - noticed with part of the address (apt #) was missing. My Arizona return was direct deposited in early November, over 10 weeks later. My California return was mailed to me even later, early December. Throughout the process, I call numerous times and either left messages that were not returned or met with ambivalence and no solutions. Horrible.
