The staff and doctors are really nice,  but I do have some issues.  Each time,  you see a new face.  You do not get to have a personal relationship with your doctor.  There are major issues with communication.  My son requires a fax to be sent for a prescription once every 4 to 6 months,  and it is always a fight to get this done.  There is very little parking available,  and there is nobody monitoring the waiting room.  There is no sick/well patient divider,  and kids run rampant. However,  we've been coming here for years, and really don't have many issues.

They do accept walk-ins, but I advise to only go to this place for that reason. If you're chip/medicaid and need to be seen that day its great, but expect over an hour wait. Appointments don't mean anything, you will still wait as long as the walk-ins. The staff at really young and inexperienced with no communication skills. I only suggest this place if you are waiting to be seen by a better primary and can't wait. Be warned, this place of a joke.

5/30/17Review- So I took my daughter for a sick visit with cough etc she had allergies. I leave with the comment of the PA saying my daughter might possibly have down syndrome... because she has some "facial features" and "sticks tonge out" wth. By the way she is teething...So I went to see my babys cardiologist since she was born and mention the comment. He said clearly the baby is fine with no possible way she has down syndrome. That there were NO facial features AT ALL. My baby is 7 months already and was in the NICU when born. So it could have been detected before. Clearly the "PA" needs more training in her job people are so unprofessional!! I will be changing dotors now!!!

6 month check up--They have new people now and have no clue what they are doing. My daughter got her 6 months shots and the lady couldn't hold my daughter right i had to completly hold her down both legs and arms.  She took forever to give her 3 shots and made it worst and painful. The other lady who did them last time was way better and quick at it. The wait time sucks too. Was there 2 hours for shot only.

From the front-office staff to the medical care providers, everyone was considerate, caring, and thorough. I will revisit and highly recommend to others.

my first appointment  with this office was  today , an have to say 
  one of the best medical staff  I've ever  had   everone was great   an very helpful  
  wished there was place for more stars
