Great Experience every time! We live in the neighborhood and I am SO pleased that this group is here. We have used them on several occasions as it is faster and easier to walk in with them as opposed to going to our MD's office. They are professional, compassionate and FAST!!!! Exactly what you need when you are sick and not feeling well.

HIGHLY recommend the MD Today staff and Doctor!!! After weeks of suffering from a massive ear infection that my primary medical team couldn't resolve - I went into MD Today in Carmel Valley - was welcomed and immediately seen by the Doctor - he took the time to to listen to my concerns - then gently examined my ear making sure that he didn't do anything to cause discomfort because my ear was extremely inflamed - we then decided it best to flush the ear. The nurse came in yo perform the procedure - she used the coolest machine/apparatus - water pick w/suction to gently washed out - suddenly I could hear again - it was nothing short of miraculous after having a clogged ear for three weeks -why my own doctor didn't have this device in the office I don't know...🤔 The Doctor then re-examine my ear making sure that it was clean and to ensure no additional procedures were needed - he then wrote my prescription for ear drops and I then on my - all this happened within an hour! To sum it up - expedient high quality care - with real results! 😀

While visiting CA from across the country, I became sick multiple times and wanted to go to a doctor to see if it was the same recurring issue. This was one of the few urgent care facilities covered out here by my insurance. Since I have an HSA plan that covers a percentage of the total bill, I called to ask what the typical price was for an examination of cold-like symptoms. The employee who answered the phone could not understand that I do not have an HMO or PPO plan and that HSA plans do not have a set co-pay for anything, including urgent care visits. I tried to explain what an HSA was multiple times and what my provider had said the percentage covered would be (I called them first), but she became agitated and said I would have to come in so they could "run my card." I do not feel comfortable that my visit would be covered correctly if the staff is not familiar with a very common type of medical insurance. I also am skeptical of any place that, by not being able to give a ballpark, is saying they have a sliding price scale based on the customer. I was not confident they would be in the fair price range according to the Healthcare Bluebook.

My grandson was seen and treated promptly. This was a very good example of how walk-in clinics should be run.

This is just your stereotypical urgent care facility. I do not know the Dr.'s name as she did not even pause long enough to introduce herself. Extremely rushed & did not seem concerned for me or my well being at all. I came in with a severe cough & fluid build-up (poss gathering in lungs). She then quickly brushed me off & said to go to the grocery store and "take cough syrup. WOW. Good thing I came in. Couldn't have figured that one on my own. THEN she proceeds to say that she's had "the exact same thing" and that I'll be fine. So I then proceed to ask her how long her symptoms lasted/hwo long until she was fully recovered. She replied "Oh! I still have it. Got it about 2 months ago, it just kind of never goes away." I'm sorry... WHAT?!?!? I have NEVER heard of someone having a severe cough & drainage for months on in without it being a more serious issue. I told her she better go see a doctor.
