First I would like to say that I really love our house. With that being said I would have changed many things. First off, the person who owned the house and their real estate agent are related. Immediately we should have worked with a different agent.  Second, we were given a disclosure on the house,soon after purchasing the house we quickly learned that the disclosure was very wrong. These things were not resolved when brought to the real estate agent and previous owners attention. It also seemed odd that the story kept changing every time we presented facts. 

This is probably a great company but the individual that we had to deal with did not help to resolve the issue or get us compensation for the false disclosure statement that they admitted to falsifying.

Hope others have a better experience then we did.
