Hello you guys This will be our first visit and at drop off the staff was fairly nice the paperwork was quick and easy. also it only took less then 5 minutes to be placed in a room. I had to leave my baby because I had to work and the boarding is 19.99 not to bad being I pay 32.00 at other location before. But overall so far so good. I will come back with an update to tell you guys how my service ended.

Been here too many years. Have a been puppy and tried new vet and what a difference. This place is old and dirty Had one of our dogs get hurt and they could not get him in all day until 5:00 pm. I went to my other “new” vet and they had all the concern in the world. When I told Chastain to move all the other 3 dogs records to new vet, Office girl could care less that I have been with them for 13 years. Guess they have enough business and forget they are in business of caring for animals when sick or hurt

I called for an injured puppy appointment. The girl answering the phone seemed confused when I told her the puppy hadn't been there a difference referred us to the animal hospital. This was my second experience with this vet. The first time, my older dog was very sick and we wound up putting him down. The vet was very young, inexperienced and did a very poor job checking into other options that may be available to my Cheesie. I would stay away from this vet. Clearly the last few years have not helped them learn anything about helping pets or owners.

Full disclosure- I'll be taking my dog there on Thursday, so not just yet, but I wanted to say how accommodating they were regarding my 12 wk old maltipoo- she was tested at TCAP and showed positive for coccidia, but unfortunately TCAP cannot treat her so I'd have to take her to a full service vet. Called this place to see what it would cost, and they offered a complimentary new patient exam and were willing to accept the result from TCAP's test to help treat my pup rather than requiring me to get yet another test for an already diagnosed issue like many other offices. So glad I found them! I'll update once I complete the visit.

Staff is friendly and efficient. Was very happy with my cats treatments.
