The motel was okay. Not perfection but it served it's purpose. If you want to get the better rooms, don't book on a 3rd party website. Call the motel to book the room.

I've stayed in budget hotels that were nicer. We did get a fridge at no charge though. 

Wallpaper was peeling from the walls, water leaked into the bathroom whenever the shower was being used in the room above. That would explain why the top of the toilet and the mirror was so dirty. The bed spread and sheets were stained and there was red stuff (ketchup??) on the table lamp and wall. I don't expect much but I do expect a little more for a room that costs $145 per night.

Property smells like there is something dead and rotting. The front desk staff is unprofessional. The key card took an average of 10 attempts to unlock the room door. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked and the tub was not properly cleaned. Rust in the tub from old age. The carpets are old and musty. Ceiling insulation is poor and can hear people walking above. Garbage was full and overflowing in public areas, possibly the source of the horrid smells. This was referred to as the "deluxe suite" -- I'd hate to see a downgraded standard room. We didn't bother to eat breakfast here. I'm glad we only booked for 1 night.

It's not a luxurious place but fine if you just need a place to sleep for the night.

Was not thrilled about sharing my room with another gentleman. However he slept in the bath tub and was gentle with his night groping. Bed bugs made very little noise.
