Great place to grow up. I have lived here for almost 19 years now and have loved this place every day.

Had some break ins but good naberhood

A well maintained (and relatively unkown) park. Nice place set for the kids, flat oval sidewalk for new bike-riders and the like, and a large flat grassy area with plenty of room for your favorite outdoor sports. If you're looking for fun, space, shade, and privacy, you'll have a great time with friends here.

Has some accommodations for younger kids but nothing to retain teenagers and older. The mulch needed to be replaced with a softer synthetic material to help soften the little one's falls. It's also in a fairly insignificant spot compared to where most of the houses are.
