The customer service was exceptional. They work together as a team, to ensure the process it's drawn out. Caring, friendly and very professional staff. I would recommend my family and friends. Thanks to Ms. Nelson and Ms. Kearse.

some woman called mandi answered the phone i asked to speak to someone and instead of telling me they wasn't in she just put the phone down, terrible customer service

My father was cremated by this so-called company and his service was terrible! Due to the fact that we were allowed to view him in a CARDBOARD BOX. This is not the last way you want to view your loved one. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They only want your money.

This business is very professional in everything they do. the cleanliness, hospitality, the support they provide when u have lost a loved one... They ensured everything was right for our funeral and what a blessing it was and a relief... praise God!! :-)
