I personally haven't had any trouble getting through on the phone and the wait has been no longer than 15 minutes. All staff has been very nice. Dr. McGovern is great and has treated me very well as well. She caught an ear infection and bronchitis when a few days before the meadville hospital dr. Was with me 5 minutes and didnt even check my ears or listen to my lungs.

It gets busy here, so you have to strategize when to schedule an appointment. But the patient care they serve is really great.

No one ever answers the phone you have to call several times before you can get someone on the phone!!! The physicians and there assistants are great but i wish they would work on answering the phone!

Nice and cordial- somewhat loud for older folks due to children's play area, but overall friendly, clean, & competent
