This was such a nice place. The ladies behind the counter were so friendly and helpful. My husband is an espresso enthusiast, and he was impressed by the taste of his latte. I bought the Pittsburgh Coffee Passport to explore coffee shops around town, and this place is one of my favorites! Small but cozy, right across the Railroad Park in Verona, which means you get to enjoy the nature while staying warm. Unique seasonal flavors, delicious  baked products, and awesome staff!

Mechanic Coffee Company is located in Verona, PA. This coffee shop appears to be managed by a group of young people and they serve a great cup of Joe. The hot chocolate is quite good and does not taste like it has a ton sugar. It is the perfect cup of hot chocolate for me. From time-to-time, they sell these very soft, chewy ginger cookies. These ginger cookies were the best ginger cookie I have ever tasted, and I do love ginger cookies. So, when I say those ginger cookies are good; I mean it. The store opens at 7 AM to 4 PM. Mechanic Coffee Company is well worth the stop. So, what are you waiting on; try it.  Kid-friendliness: I have seen children and teens in the coffee shop with their parents.  Parking: Parking is on the street.

Great little spot with amazing coffee and tea drinks as well as delicious baked goodies. I love that they roast their own beans and they have a great selection of whole-bean coffee blends. They'll grind it for you there if you want! I always buy their coffee beans as birthday/Christmas gifts and they never fail to disappoint!

Love the staff and the real coffee taste of the mochas and even just the regular cup of Joe.  Always greeted with a warm friendly person when open the door.  Only 4 stars cause they honestly need a bigger location that allows for typical coffee house seating.  There is a counter with 3 stools which does the job but a nice lounging area to sit and talk with people would make this a desired full time destination.  There are tables outside but can only use on good and warm days

Amazing coffee! Staff is super sweet. Came from out of town and they gave us a bunch of options for restaurants around the area. We each got different coffees and every coffee was amazing. 10/10!

The hippest lil' coffee shop that I plan to frequent often! Service was friendly. Order a regular coffee - great roast. And had a truly delicious maple pecan scone. Highly recommend getting your coffee fix here!

Very cute spot with delicious coffee. Smaller than you’d expect so plan to have a quick coffee at a pub table or take it to go.

This is my favorite coffee shop in the Pittsburgh area. I wish I could go more often but it’s out of the way of my usual stops. The espresso is a deliciously rich flavor and the foam is always perfectly stable. It’s not too hot either. They roast their own beans and I think that’s great. I wish the space was bigger so I could spend more time there lol. It is very cute though. I like the building and giant windows. The staff is very nice but I wish they had a larger pastry selection.
