Yet another bad customer service interaction at this branch. I moved from bigger corporate banks to a more local business thinking I might receive better treatment. Guess I was wrong.

Feels like the only place in Oakland to get foreign currency.  Fortunately they do it well and only charge a flat $3 rate.  Much better than all banks.
