It would not be exaggerating to say that I have shopped at Country Living for well over 25 years.  I have bought mowers there, paints, chemicals, a vast array of plumbing and electrical supplies, fasteners, garden supplies seeds and bulbs, and more.  What sets Country Living apart from and well above there competitors, both small and large, is the astonishing amount of knowledge that the owners, their families and their staff have to share with a customer.  I have never walked out of there unsatisfied, and almost always have left knowing more than I did when I entered.

In a commodity business like hardware, the difference between stores just plain comes down to people - and the people at Country Living are top notch.  Now aided by their expansion and modernization, the staff there can easily meet almost any need of the homeowner, gardener, contractor, DIY fanatic and more.

This store is a credit to Mechanicville, and more so to the people who started, expanded, and run it.
