I called at 8 am feeling sick with my asthma and coughing. I was there by 9 am and was seen to immediately. The staff is very organized and the doctor was so kind. The visit took about 40 minutes in total. I'm happily leaving with my prescriptions.

This place is a complete rip off with poor service. The only thing they seem to care about is registering patients and obtaining your credit card information to secure payments. I went into this facility in good faith hoping I would come out feeling better with answers. After paying a $35.00 co-payment that should have been refunded after the doctor failed to proper diagnosis my reason for the visit, which was pain in my heel and ankle area when I walk. I was in the waiting area for almost two hour before being called to the back the place was not crowed, I can see why. When the Doctor reached my room he basically asked about my reason for the visit I explain to him my issue and he basically said he could not help me that I need to see a podiatrist. I was baffled I am not a Doctor but I would have thought the very least they could have done was take a x Ray and gave some recommendations, but NO you took my money sent me home and told me to take 3 over the counter Motrin every 8 hours, I had to ask if they could wrap my ankle up to relieve the pain so I can walk. Before leaving they gave me discharge papers with some bogus instructions. Thank God for the facility I went to after leaving this place they was very attentive, gave me a x Ray, diagnosis and a treatment plan with a follow up appointment. It sucks I had to pay another co payment while dealing with financial hardship but I'm glad I got the help needed and is recovering pretty good. I would never step foot in this place not even to use the bathroom, the quality of care is below zero. The only credit I will give this place is that's it's clean.

Not mediexpress more like wait for 35 minutes before they even ask question of the problem or processing your insurance. So I goty I'd and Left and went to the emergency room and within 5 minutes took all my info and saw the doctor had X-rays and home within 1hour total. They should train their help how to treat woman and man the same not so cute with the man and ignore everyone else

Do not bother coming in to this location. I was seen by a nurse named Michelle and since they didn't want to give me her last name I will describe her to you guys. She is the most rudest thing in the world. My wife and three year old came with me to medexpress and also came into the room where this ugly four eyed monster took my vitals. First it asked me if I was up to date with my shots and I told her yes. My wife asked me if I was sure and it got very upset with my wife. Her horns came out and asked her to leave the room. I was kind of upset but I just wanted to get looked at because a fever I've been experiencing for a week along with my flu. After it was done checking my vitals it asked me to move to the next room to meet the doctor. It told me it was going to call my wife back in and asked for her name which I didn't understand why since my wife and son were the only ones in the waiting room. I heard her calling and calling her which I knew my wife would ignore her. Michelle aka (it) came storming in my room explain to me my wife is who she is and that she ignored the (it) and I can now deal with her when I get home!!!! And then slammed the door in the room I was staying in. I had a ear infection. When she slammed the door like (it) did my ears popped and hurt me more. I left very angry and demanded that I get a refund back which they did not. Well if any of you encounter this ugly animal and her name is Michelle just don't bring your wife or kid around her or just turn around and ask for someone else. She is miserable and seems that she hates her job. She should be evaluated and fired from her job since she is not a people person.
