This place takes forever to see the Dr. I have been sitting here with my child for an hour, waiting on the Dr. If I didn't pay my co pay already we would have left. Not impressed. I was probably better off taking her to Urgent care.

Very rude receptionist. Called for yearly physical for my daughter. When I gave her name of my insurance said "I never heard of that" in a condescending way. And said they were a filled up. Filled up for the rest of the year?? Come on.

Everytime I go in, the staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly! There is always a wait time, but not very long, and whrn it is long, its worth the wait because I always get fantastic service.

I sat in my room waiting to be seen for over 45 minutes, stepped out to see why it was taking so long to find the DR. and her nurses all on the social media/ the computer, and their phone.
