Many years ago they messed up my medicine and gave me someone else's medicine . I not only was required to pay for the wrong medicine (which was the same medicine as mine but instead of 15mg they gave me 100mg pills...they could have killed me thank God I only took one and noticed the difference) but they wanted me to pay for my own as well when they were the ones who messed it up!!! Now years later I get a phone call saying I owe them $30 plus years of interest. I nicely explained at the moment I am not working and have 3 children I have taken in my home for family members who could not take care of them right now...I explained my main goal was trying to put food on my table right now not paying a bill I shouldn't have to pay anyways. However, I never said I wouldn't pay it!!! Then I was told very RUDELY that he wasn't interested in what I had to say!!! So glad I do not deal with them anymore!!!

Great Experience I had been using Walmart for years because they were close by and always open. I was prescribed a new Medicine from My Dr. and given a coupon that would last up to a year. Walmart kept telling me I could not use the coupon because of my insurance. Come to find out Walmart just was to lazy to take the extra time to figure it out. So I was paying for the new Medicine for like 3 months then came to Medical Arts and they took the time to make my coupon work. Now I pay zero dollars for at least a few more months. Thanks to them

I seem to have run across some of that "rude" also, and I was a customer for 3 years. It's sad because there aren't many family owned pharmacies left, but some of the employees are VERY nice and are customer oriented. Should you be lucky enough to be waited on by Marissa, she is always smiling. Wish they had more like her.

The website says they open at 8:30. I'ts 8:55 and I need my insulin. There's no one here

Absolutely beautiful pharmacy and unbelievable people to work with. Why would anybody go anywhere else???!!!
