Good doctors, used car salesmen in admin/accounting. I paid for my appointment out of pocket up front and two days later received a bill for double what I was quoted and had already paid. The new charge was because the visit was a "long visit," which was not what I was told up front. An additional charge for $90 for a flu shot that would cost $10 or less at the grocery pharmacy was an additional unpleasant shock. Get the price for anything you want in writing, though with the patronizing and openly hostile staff in accounting that's probably still not going to help. And leave about three weeks lead time if you need prescriptions re-filled. It took a week and a half and an angry phone call to get a refill for a 'scrip I literally cannot live without.

UPDATE: Developed 103 fever the same day and went to Trinity Urgent care. Had a bacterial infection and was prescribed things to take care of it. Won't be back to MANNM for urgent care. 

Great place for regular care, not so much for urgent. Wasted $30 and still going to have to go somewhere else for urgent care. Had a bad experience with Karen Schneider and it looks like I'm not the only one. She seemed to know immediately what was wrong with me without listening to what I had to say. 

She claimed it was allergies. I do have allergies and know what my symptoms are but this is something else. I caught this while traveling, so saying it's allergies doesn't make sense. 

She claimed I had congestion and a runny nose but I have neither of those, just a cough. She said we have to get rid of the congestion first (but there is none). I went hoping to get some sort of cough relief so I could sleep at night but instead was told just to take Claritin/Zyrtec, the same stuff I always take for my regular allergies. And she told me to do nasal spray, even though there is nothing wrong with my nasal passages.

I asked if she could prescribe me something to relieve my cough, and instead she said I could get a chest x-ray. Why would I want a chest x-ray if my lungs sound fine? Doesn't make sense. 

It was a waste of time and money. It's like I never even went to see a doctor.

Any company that would hire a guy like Noah Bankhurst has difficulty with evaluating character.  This guy is all tattooed up.
