I was visiting family and needed a prescription filled. Just searched on Google and was pleasantly surprised. Apparently they are under new ownership as of a few months ago. The pharmacist was great! Very knowledgeable and took the time to speak with me. The staff seemed great and was providing great customer service, as I saw a good flow of customers coming in. Maybe it was peak time. It's so nice to be able to find a great small business like this.

These guys are great! Extremely professional staff with personal consults from truly helpful pharmacists. You'll get that small town charm with one on one support from this compounding pharmacy. Stop in and ask to see Mrs. Becky.

After filling a detail oriented online information form to get a free consultation for the natural hormonal cream. I received a call from a nice woman named Michelle. We had a great conversation regarding what we would discuss during the appointment and I was excited However, when I got there I met with Mike. Who had no clue who I was or my story. I am a 34 yr old woman who has had both ovaries removed and I'm going through menopause. This is a very sensitive subject for me and talking about it makes me feel quite vulnerable. When I got in the room apparently I sat in the wrong seat twice which was a big deal, then when I started to tell my story he stopped me to say "I'll ask the questions." Because my situation is NOT the norm none of his questioning would qualify me for the natural hormonal cream. Finally, I stopped him. Had to tell him my name wasn't Yvonne (because he had no clue) and finally told my story of my right ovary being removed at 24 yr old and my left being removed last October. To which he commented "why didn't they just take everything out the first time?" And I said "because my left ovary was still working at the time and I was 24 yrs old without children." Then he gave me a lecture regarding seeing a doctor and said he couldn't help me. I left feeling incredibly offended by his insensitivity. And if this review can help someone to not experience THIS. I have saved a woman from not having to cry in her car on the way home like I did.
