I found this doctor's office at the recommendation of my insurance company after moving to the area. The doctor I made an appointment with had high recommendations and the office was accepting new patients so I thought all was well. I schedule a 9 am appointment and arrive to the appointment 15 minutes early. After sitting for another 10 minutes in the waiting room with no greeting from the receptionist, I was called up. Then, I was scolded for not being to my appointment 30 minutes early just to find out that the doctor I made an appointment with was not in the office today. I was not called or emailed the morning of to be notified of this change. I understand that things happen, but the way I was treated was unprofessional. I don't trust this practice after this bad first impression and will not be visiting again.

They don't even deserve a 1 star. Billing department is a total joke. They are charging me for claims they never even sent out and asking for me to waste my time and ask my insurance for an appeal. This place has been a NIGHTMARE. The billing department is full of ghetto rude people who speak over you and don't allow you to explain the situation. They are out for THEIR OWN interest NOT yours. It's so disappointing to know FH hires people like this. Remember also if you're calling at 1:30 your phone will not get answered. This practice has no care for forwarding their calls. Consistency is a joke, you'll probably never see the same doctor again. Staff secretary tells you "yea your billing situation has been fixed and already dealt with the nurse manager" when in reality FH is racking up late fees on your account. The WORST experience of my life has been at this practice. BEWARE!! Get a new practice if you are still attending this place.
UPDATE: Just got off the phone with the insurance company and I come to find out I have been sent over to collections. Mind you I have been calling and calling and calling whenever I hear news back from the insurance company to give the front desk a update on what's going on. And they somehow claim that I have not been in contact with the office since August. This company is a disgrace. The workers don't care about your interest only their own. I WILL be talking to a lawyer about this. BEWARE!!!!! Oh and you would think a good company would reach out to the people who have written these reviews.. I guess I will die waiting to hear back from these people because they don't care. Terrible place.

This place was great from the registration rep to the doctor. I saw Dr. Wen Wang and she was very knowledge, down to earth and overall compassionate. She is a resident Dr but I can see she will do great work in her future. Dr. Gordon came in to talk to me as well and was very caring and gave me tips on life changes I can make to be more healthier. Very satisfying experience!

Waited 45 minutes in an exam room with no one attending to me.   And there were no other patients around.   Crazy wait time.  

Also Called my pharmacy for a prescription refill and this practice did not respond  according to the pharmacy.

Somewhat unreliable.

1/26/17 update
Good check in process; nice staff.
But time to update the lobby from those 20 year old chairs!

Resident doctors! Pay attention to pharmacy instructions. I asked to send prescriptions at two separate pharmacies because I get one of them free at Publix. Of course both went to the same pharmacy.   Now I have to wait longer for crucial medication. This is unacceptable!

The woman at the front desk was racist and jealous harassed me on a consistent basis. The doctors were terrible would barely prescribe medication for serious health conditions I would wait almost an hour just to see the physician in the room rooms were unclean, do not go here
