I’m in Florida but I was quickly able to have a lift chair delivered and set up in my brother’s home in NJ before he came home from the hospital. Very nice customer service and delivery people. Highly recommend.

After a total knee replacement I rented a hospital bed from Mediplus for a month. Reasonable price; delivered and set up when promised; and picked up when promised.  Great service! Would definitely use them again.

Working directly with the owner was a huge plus. Personable, knowledgeable and completely put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything and never felt as if he was talking down to me. They delivered when promised and gave me the best prices for the equipment I was looking for. Highly recommend to everyone in the market for medical equipment and supplies.

Definitely recommend this company. One of the most professional DME suppliers in the area. Customer service is exceptional above and beyond than what I expected. Great service and pleasant experience. Mediplus will always be my 1st pick and place to go for equipment.

Following a lengthy hospital stay, and living in a colonial, I needed a hospital bed for the main level. I contacted Mediplus Home Health to rent a hospital bed. The owner, who I spoke to, handled the transaction very well. The bed was delivered the next day, and the delivery and set-up could not have been better.

When I was able to get up the stairs to our bedroom, I called for a pickup of the bed. Again, the delivery person was wonderful. He was polite and efficient, and offered to move our furniture back in place.

Should I ever need to rent a hospital bed again (and I hope I do not), I will definintely use Mediplus Home Health for their services. I cannot rate or recommend them more highly.
