This review is about a call took place today. I spoke with the receptionist/not really sure about her title. I inquired about a current issue. She provided the answer I needed; however, when I asked for advice/suggestions about what to do next, she said I needed to go to the ER. Really? Perhaps it is protocol, but this person had no personality whatsoever. She was not helpful beyond the brief answer she gave me. I have visited this clinic for other physical ailments and the doctors & PAs did their jobs. Professional behavior, especially over the phone, was missing in today's conversation.
