Wow! First time visit here to see Dr. Charles with our little girl is who became suddenly ill. Doc was incredible! He was gentle, professional and did not rush us at all. He gave our little one a thorough check and told us he suspected Lyme disease! Our hearts fell but Dr. Charles wanted to confirm with a quick blood test - positive!!! A month long course of meds and she should be better...thank thank thank you for squeezing us in, taking care of our little dog and for being so empathic and spot on with your diagnosis...we'll see in a month for a follow up!!!!

The staff here is excellent.  I have never had to wait long to see the doctor. Facility is clean and comfortable.

We've taken our dogs to Dr. Howarth for the last 10 years and have always found her office to be well managed, well priced and compassionate. She has been especially supportive when we have had to consider end of life care. I can honestly say she has been the best vet we have ever had.
