Since this clinic opened there has been a problem with their clients loitering in the residential neighborhood they are located in. When neighbors call to try to discuss this with the clinic's managers, they refuse to identify themselves by name, tell us to call the cops, and hang up. Unfortunately the loitering, when coupled with an enormous uptick in crime in the neighborhood this year, is making a lot of their neighbors uncomfortable. There are probably a lot of people getting help at the clinic who don't loiter, and the clinic's managers are doing them a great disservice by not doing anything to inform their clients that it's not ok to sit on private property (retaining walls of local yards, leaning on cars, etc.).
