Chose this company because of all the good reviews.  Residential septic inspection in Palm Bay. 8:30am appointment. No show. 9:00am called the office, was told it's an 8:30 to 9:30 window of arrival. 10:00am no show. Called office, was told that they don't show up unless they can confirm someone is at the house. We had received no phone calls or messages, or apologies. Arrived at around 11am.

I called the office and explained in complete detail what parts I needed and what needed to be fixed they send a guy out tries to fix the broken stuff cannot fix it tells me the parts that I already know are not working then tells me he does not have the parts and they need to be ordered and then goes to his truck write me up a bill for  $150 And they will not work with you crediting any of that towards a future bill where they actually fix it. I will never use this service again and do not recommend it to anyone it is a complete rip off. I could understand if I called them out there and did not tell them what the problem was and he had to come out and  look at the problem, and then gave me a price to fix everything but to leave my house with everything broken and it leave me with just a bill of $150 and no future contact and that they are going to try to fix the problem makes it even worse.

We were on vacation in another state and got a call that our motor to our septic system died.  We called Meeks and they came right out and serviced our place.  The office staff was delightful and our experience a great!

Water heater broke and the men Meeks sent out were awesome, polite, friendly and worked fast. They did an expert installation, cleaned up the mess from the old heater and stuck to their quoted price.  I definitely recommend them. Thanks Terry and Al.

While one of the previous reviewers was not happy, we are thrilled with Meeks Plumbing.  We called them for a second opinion after what seemed to be an inflated estimate from a competitor.  Dale came, and "Thrilled" was the result.  We got the job done for about 1/4 of the first estimate.  
The next day, we  went to the showroom for answers to another possible problem.  Natalie was honest to the point we are not even addressing the possible problem.  How much better can you get than that ?  We will always call Meeks for plumbing needs in the future.
