Deserves the 4 stars, I have been taking my shirts and pants here for a while and have not been disappointed. They text me now when the stuff is ready which is a nice touch, sometimes a day earlier than expected. The lady who is usually there is very polite.

The reason I docked the one star is because the place needs an indoor renovation and a better atmosphere. I also can't attest to the quality of their alterations.

Charged me 100 bucks for altering 3 jeans. I wasn't happy with the job and asked them to fix it but they refused.
High price with no quality and terrible customer service. Would not recommend for alternations.

I have been taking my shirts here for a while now. So far so good. Shirts and collars​ are always ironed nicely.

Have always delivered on time.

Note that clothing is sent to a warehouse where it is cleaned. There is no on-site cleaning with Meena.

I went to pick up my husbands dress shirts and blazer and noticed a hole in the jacket. 
The unfriendly older woman behind the counter was rude about the situation and admitted to noticing the damage after it came back from the cleaners but insisted that i must have droped it off this way.  She didnt even offer to credit the dry cleaning fee.  I have never had such a bad expereience and needless to say i will never go back.

Very poor service.
I gave a jacket to them on Wednesday and the lady had told me I can pick up on Saturday I said I'm travelling on Monday so I need to pick up Saturday. 
I just called the place and she didn't have it ready. She said she didn't clean it and said to come on Tuesday. 
I'm really upset. I will never go back there again. Very poor service and attitude.
