By far the best Theatre in Utah. Customer Service is obviously a priority. Bought tickets to see The Greatest Showman with the Grandkids. Nikolai at the Ticket counter was spot on with his recommendation. He took an interest in helping us find the best seats. When two more joined the group Nikolai was able to change the seating enough to accommodate all of us so that we were all in the same area. No hesitation or even a sigh. He took the time to directed us to the very Theatre. What a great representation of your company. We will be back!

This movie theater is awesome! I went here for the first time and was amazed at how large it was. Plus it has many choices of food and snacks and I’m not just talking your typical theater food. I was surprised with all the little restaurants and beverage choices. Most of the time when you go to the theaters you can’t bring your food in but this place has it to were you can be eating dinner while you watch in a great setting. All the seats have great views of the screen. Even the bottom row doesn’t strain your neck and the picture isn’t out of focus. The chairs are comfortable and not cramped together. I was well pleased with the over all experience.

I've been going to the Jordan Commons since it opened. Awesome movie theater. Always have a great experience. I always buy my tickets on Megaplex. Com it makes it really easy. I would give it a 5 Star but the price of their drinks and popcorn are getting way too expensive. Two drinks and a popcorn is 20 bucks

I love this theater. Great movies, comfortable seating, fairly clean theaters and great services. It is a great location for date night. I love that there are several food choices and concessions are good. And you can go eat at one of the surrounding restaurants and then pop on over to catch a movie.

We went to the movie "Death Wish" Fri Night; and there was a guy behind me accidentally kicking my chair, I mentioned to him to please stop and before the movie was almost over this guy passed us by to sit back down with a huge odor of alcohol. After the movie was over I simply asked for a manager. My complaint is that this happened, it made me very uncomfortable with existing back problems I do have. They said what do you want us to do about it, there is nothing they can do. I thought wait, we all come to movie theaters to get away from ciaos and relax to our own way. Management at Jordan Commons has always been good and fair, But they say it's up to us to leave the movie, come to them, then they go down and talk to the people. That is way off base and wrong. People don't come to movies to see drama, off the screen. Maybe Cinemark will get our business now.
