I like Meijer.  The store is well organized.  The employees are always welcoming and willing to assist when approached.  The prices are a little higher the  Wal-Mart, but not near a busy.  Worth it for me.  I also use the gas station frequently as they do not require pay before pumping during the day. It allows me to get my coffee, snack and gas in one purchase.

Manager Rita is racist and will racially profile you so if you're a minority, please watch out for that. Also, the cameras don't work that over look the parking lot, so if something happens to you or your car, you're on your own. They'll says "its private property" and dismiss you. TBH, a store that has this level of issues should be boycotted. Columbus should not stand for a department store that discriminates and violates American Civil Rights. There's no excuse. Columbus is diverse. Please represent that in your management and your attitudes. Keep your racism and unprofessionalism out. Beneath is the phone numbers and emails of corporate. Please do not hesitate to reach out to them.

The young lady at the service desk was very helpful. She called someone to come up to show me where the backpacks were for school. The lady who came up to show me where they were never said a word. When she came up to me all she did was kind of wave her hand for me to follow her. I did self checkout like I have done many many times I was having problem with the machine not taking my mPerks. The girl that came over could not figure out what was going on and the more we played with it the more it messed up. It finally cancelled itself out and I was able to start all over again with no problems. This was my worst visit ever to Meijer. I will still go to Meijer as I like the merchandise there. It's just that some people may need to be retrained in customer service. And yes I have worked retail before so I know what it is like

Please Meijer. For the love of God. Open more registers.  Really Meijer? A Friday evening at 6pm. The weekend of New Year's Eve and you have 4 cashier registers open. Yes, you have a lot of self check. Some people have more than just chips and beer in their basket. Sometime we're actually buying groceries. I love self check.  But sometimes self check doesn't work.
You have like 30 lanes. 
OPEN MORE LANES. HIRE MORE CASHIERS.
Waited over 20 minutes in line. I'll go to Kroger next time. They hire cashiers.

Easy shopping very helpful employees both on the floor and behind the cash register. I usually go MC but no hassles either way. Thanks Meijer
