One of my favorite places to shop when I come back up north! Selections are great, cleaner than wal-marts with better inventory!
This is the worst managed Meijer in all the Meijer stores I have been too. I would completely stop going to Meijer, but the Elgin, IL store has much better Service Desk. This location is absolute trash, managed by dropouts.
Unbelievable!! The amount of Betas either dead or dying! Meijer’s has great deals on food and supplies but they should not be selling pets! Especially when they don’t know how to care for them!!!!
Few steps above Walmart, I went to the Starbucks, I was disappointed. The employees not the problem very friendly. But the store is dirty, the sink looks like it hasn't been cleaned for months. The product display had fruit flies.
After visiting their Starbucks inside the St. Charles store I immediately got pretty upset when their valued employee would not honor my PAID RECEIPT for a coffee. The store manager Brian thought it was better if I didn't shop there anymore. After reaching out to corporate twice and no response even after I was promised "someone will get back to me", nothing. There goes $200 a week!. Fred Meijer, are you seeing the dis- functionality of this store?
Seems like a more upscale Walmart. Nice, clean, and plenty of household, pet, clothing, and oh yeah..... food! You can also get your hair did, here!
Placed an order for a delivery using their vendor, Shipt. My order was simple, two items. One item was a bottle of liquor which was delivered to my house with the security bottle top still attached. After contacting Meijer customer service they refused to do a partial refund or deliver an unlocked bottle or send someone from their delivery service to unlock it. Terrible customer experience, will never use their shipping service or shop at Meijer again.
Don't go to this location if you're interested in getting deli service. They have one employee that takes breaks midday and completely shuts down. This happened to me a few times already won't be going back. I had to make a separate trip to Jewel to get my deli meat.
I shop at Meijer' because it's convenient and I love the prices. I need to have surgery and before I do, I have to lose weight. Meijer have the food I need like all my grass fed meat; 90% beef, steak, farmer focus chicken etc... and free range eggs. There is one thing I wish they would carry more and that's uncured bacon. Shopping at Meijer, I lost 80 lb and I'm having my surgery in 3 months. Thank you Meijer.
Favorite spot for fruits and veg. Great deals on fresh produce and always has a good selection of in season produce. Store is always clean and easy to find what you need. Great staff make an all-around excellent place to shop.
