I like the sales, deals and the workers. What I don't like is having no amigo on standby for myself and other actual disabled people to do our shopping. This is the second visit I've ended up using my good leg to scoot myself around the store because the machines need to be charged or upgraded. Other than that love the store

Once again, Meijer employees, product availability and price were exactly what I was expecting and found. If you will indulge me for a moment, I would like to share how I ended up shopping at Meijer tonight. I had a handful of items that I needed and I live less than 1/2 mile from a Kroger store and the convenience was the factor that led me to go there first tonight. Knowing that they close at 10, I was on a mission to get there and get what I needed before closing time. I arrived at 9:51 and proceeded into the store where I was immediately reminded by a security guard that the store was “closed”.  I quickly grabbed a cart dashed around the store, all the time being reminded that I was a nuisance and treated as though my life circumstances that led to my late arrival at the store were intentionally planned for the purposes of making their lives miserable and holding them over for a single minute past 10 pm. I made it to the register and asked for directions to the beef broth so I could get the final item on my list it turns out that it was a 30 second walk there and back but three clerks immediately and in unison engaged in a forceful rendition of “we are closed and you have to get out”.  NOW, this is where Meijer comes into the picture to save the day and earn my business for all things grocery and more and Kroger has lost my business forever.

Took my bottles back. The faucet didn't work and the bottle machines were all down. They always have the isles closed and are waxing the floors with customers inside. I prefer hill rd Meijer.

I'm gonna give Meijer 4  , they've been here forever. I grew up with Sandy the mechanical horse. Service always a plus. Only thing is I don't like the coupons, I don't like that I can't use my point earned for gas, and as of late the pharmacy has been a mess. Lines are long. They do the best the can with the employees they have though. I wouldn't change my pharmacy.....I do shop at kroger cheaper sorry Meijer

Good overall, I'm not sure why they need to clean store and stock it all the time. It gets in the way of customers shopping and hazard mopping floors and flooding water. Clean and stock AFTER customers leave, have common sense Meijer management!

Clean groceries and have everything you want. Full produce selection deli and friendly associates.  Restrooms are clean and checkout is okay, you must check out yourself or wait in long lines as they only have 3 max employees checking people out.  Oh and remember those touch screens at checkout are more disgusting than a public restroom and I have never seen the associate cleaning them just heading us humans like cattle to be milked.

The rudest cashiers I have ever met. They have no respect while speaking to the public. Treating us like garbage because we had no choice but to come in 30 minutes before close and we were in line before 12 which was close and it was on them for not having more lanes open and lines all the way back. Then wants to bring up Gm, Walmart, and food business telling us if they had it their way they would just kick us out. Will be avoiding going to this meijer again. Also thanks for informing us that Hill road will kick won’t let you in the door 30 minutes until close and will just kick you out if they are not done. Sounds like the closing time should be switched to 11.

Meijer always has the types of things that I eat. The selection on the shelves in some areas are low. But they had everything I needed. No complaints from me.

I will NEVER return to Meijer! Bought a pair of Hey Dude shoes on Friday night 8/26/22 for my husband. The shoes didn't fit so I returned them Sunday afternoon 8/28/22. Realizing we lost the receipt I understood I wouldnt be able to get cash back, it would be a gift card. But I paid $60 plus tax for them. The cashier only gave me $44.52 back saying their policy is you get what they sold for 30 days ago....why??? I was here a day and a half ago?? Wouldn't let me speak to a manager, said nobody was available. I will NEVER return and I will encourage everyone I know not to shop there either. Your customer service SUCKS!

Overall the store is decently stocked. Everything that I was looking for was in stock, although there were some empty shelves in the cleaning products section. The staff here is friendly, but not necessarily knowledgeable. If you need an amigo it might be difficult to find one, but they charge them inside near the pharmacy if you can't find one outside or in the vestibule.
