Worst store in the chain. They care more about their floors than the customers.  They seem to have less selection than other Meijer stores. Produce is adequate. Meat is poor in quality. They don't understand how to push product positively. No real effort by management to present themselves positively in the community, outside the yearly welcoming of college students.
Get your needs before 9pm, they close off half the store to clean the floors each night. Their do it yourself registers hang every time and you wait for 2-3 minutes for the employees to give a damn and then crawl over to the register.

This is a nice Meijer Store, however, it is setup so much different than the one in my home town, and that alone can make it difficult to find some of the things you came in for. All that being said, it is in nice clean shape and very well taken care of and well stocked. Meijer is always one of my favorite places to shop.

Love Big Rapids Meijer. Very organized & very clean. Usually no problem finding what you need. Great sales, love mperks. Favorite place to get groceries & toiletries. Clerks very kind & helpful.

Love this place sonmuch better then Wal-Mart with more selections. Some items cost more then other stores but download digital coupons and you can save money. deli offers hot food for lunches and this store is newly remodeled so it looks great with the best wine selection in mount pleasant.

Regular shopping experience. Items on top shelves are hard to reach and are not pulled forward. CUSTOMERS are good about getting unreachable items if you can find a tall person close by
