I have been taking the same prescription for over a year and refilling here. Every single month I refill 3-5 days before I run out. Every single month I have to wait over a week while they order it. This makes me go without my medicine for several days. You would think they would know I was getting a refill and order it sooner. Cannot get through to them though. I'm going to pick my script up this time and transferring to another pharmacy. It's a shame because they have a nice rewards program.

My husband picked up his prescriptions yesterday afternoon after being at the physician office and I had wanted to check what was prescribed for him as he's been sick for more than a week.  They told him they did not have record of one of the medications, which they did, but had ordered... They only gave him 9 antibiotic tablets instead of 10... Is it really that difficult to count to 10.  I am a nurse and have been absolutely appalled by the service and accuracy at this pharmacy multiple times.  This was the last straw. Transferred all medications this morning - even the one they told my husband they had no record of...
