Technician at Meijer Pharmacy was Bad today at 3pm April 14,2018. She put the phone down often, She had an attitude, refused to identify herself, and refused to give the phone to the pharmacist. I don't think Meijer pharmacy is proud of such nasty technicians they hire. She will drive away all their business with such rude and nasty behavior toward customers. Hope they straighten her out and save their business.

Pharmacists are very knowledgeable, patient and helpful with questions. In the past I've tried to use the drive-thru but have waited up to 10 min before I found is quicker to go inside. Today I was surprised that there were no vehicles in line so I chose to use the drive-thru. That was fine until they open the drawer and it is way too low and out of reach from my vehicle. Jokingly I said with a smile, "Who built that? Guess I'll need to come in." The tech didn't think it was funny, rolled her eyes and said in a snippy tone, "Well I guess it depends on what car you drive." Right. A mid-sized SUV must be a rare vehicle according to Meijer. So I replied, "Right. Next time I'll drive my go-cart." So I parked and walked in. Got to the counter in about 45 seconds. Stated my birthdate twice and my name again. Apparently in the 45 seconds to walk in, the other tech had put my prescription back in the fridge. Not on top, but buried under a half a dozen others. Started to check out and wanted to enter my MPerks number. I pressed MPerks, then the screen went blank, then a signature box came up. I asked this tech where the MPerks prompt went. She said, "If you keep tapping it, it'll freeze up." I only tapped it once. Then a signature box came up. Come to find out it is because she entered what she needed to that the card reader asked for my signature for prescription. That's fine, but don't blame customers for screwing up when it is not the case at all. I would have known I needed to sign before entering MPerks if perhaps I worked at Meijer???? So as I'm signing she steps back and asks another employee, "When did you say the next full moon is? Hahahaha?" So I'm guessing this lady is a genius and I'm full on retarted because she knows the prompt sequence of the Meijer Pharmacy card reader and I don't. I did skip card reader class at the checkout university, so my bad. Anyhow, working third shift and being up over 20 hours I wasn't a big ball of joy bells at this point. I was okay when I arrived at Meijer but left in a worse mood. But above that, I was thankful for the pharmacist that answered my questions about an injectable medicine that I was ignorant of the procedures for dosing. On a separate note of advice: Plan for a 2-3 hour wait on a script. This has been the standard since I started using Meijer 2 years ago. Not a problem if you plan on it. If you want pain medicine immediately; go somewhere else.

Horrible experience!!! Won't be back, it's not worth any cost savings. Dropped a script off on Friday at 1:00, came back an hour and a half later to find out they only have 12 of 28 pills available. Told to come back on Monday for the remaining pills. My husband returns to pick up the remaining pills on Monday and they can't find them. There were pills in our pick up bag but they weren't the right pills. Pharmacy tech says if we would've come in on Saturday for the prescription they had the pills available. WTH?! we were told they wouldn't be available until Monday. So now it's Monday evening and they don't have anymore available. Needless to say prescription has been transferred to another pharmacy to be filled. Meijer is unreliable!!!!!

We stopped in today to pick up a prescription...they called about 10 this morning we were there between 2 and 3...it was already put back and would be at least another hour..we live out of town now we will have to return another day !!!!

Terrible customer service, been waiting weeks for my Blood Pressure medicine. Wont honor coupons. One of the pharmacy people actually snapped at me for asking a simple question and I wasn't even talking to her. She just butted into the conversation after eavesdropping. I may have been irritated but not nasty! No Call For That! Bad Business Manners!!!!
