Before  2 years  ago  the  service is so  perfect,,,Now is so  scandal.I  call  and  I  told her  I  have   refill  I  be  there 1 hour  to pick  up ,,,she  say  okkkkkkkk
After  2  hours  I  be  there  to  pick  up--she  say  wee not  have her now  need  same  day  to  bring here  okkkkkkkkk  I  call  you  ,,and  you  get  all  my  info  by  phone  way  you  told  me to  come  pick up after  1 hour  ,,,,is  not  1st  problem  ,,,,we  have  more  and  more  ,,,,the  new staff  have now  need  more  training

The wait to pick up anything is ridiculous. I honestly don't know why my wife goes there. Waited 20 minutes the other day to pick up a script and they had 4 techs working. I refuse to go there
