Starting out as a muffler shop we have expanded to a full service car repair shop that performs services from car ac repair to exhaust repair to tire changes at our tire shop. Called the morning of and scheduled an afternoon appointment for an oil change. Arrived before my appointment and waited 10 minutes before anyone greeted me. I was told with an appointment or not  they didn't have the man power to service my car. Despite the unapologetic response, a courtesy call would've been appreciated before driving over and waiting to be turned away. Poor customer service.

The Meineke Represenitive told me they took my car for a test drive, I Took a trip over to the shop and my car was still up on the rack rear tires removed on the ground.  The guy told me they changed the replaced the rear axle seal, but it was obvious by the build up of grease and dirt nothing had been wrenched on or removed.  Just to confirm, before posting this I did take my car down the street to another auto repair shop.  Nothing was replaced as the Meineke represenitve said.  The  Meineke Represenitive went as far as saying he seen the rear axle was removed. What a jerk, no excuse for lies. Jeff the mechanic wasn't there, when this went down.  The other Meineke Represenitive told the lies.  I guess they are busy, the Represenitve did point out only the two of them were working.  The car would take another day and that was a day later then when I braught the car in,  a waste of three days. 
My experienced ended with me telling the Meineke Represenitive to simply put my tires on and return my car immediately. 
I guess I have to put one star to post, obviously Meineke Martinez deserves less.

They did my oil change and brake fluid flush right away and in under 30 mins and I got a great deal.  I'll definitely be going back

Great service, they went out of thier way to get us out and on the road in time for an appt.

Don't go there.  They cheated my coolant and transmission fluid. Plus i had to take it back. Oil filter was loose.  Losing oil.  Said my oil plug was not good.  Turn out to be oil filter loose and gave me 175.00 credit
