I’ve been here a couple times. I have always received great service. I’m always worried about being taken advantage of because I’m a woman and “don’t know any better”. But they don’t make me feel that way. I needed new wipers BAD as it was raining outside and the ones I had were shredded up. The manager, I assume, gave me a great deal and installed them for me. They’re almost always busy so I suggest not anticipating a quick in and out. So far so good! Will definitely be back!

Avoid this place. They do not stand behind their work. 90 day warranty on labor ? Seriously.  I guess they don't have a lot of faith in their staffs ability to do the work right. I will be filing a division of consumer complaint against this shop. They performed work on my car.
** Less than 2500 miles/135 days later had the same issue. ** A second shop confirmed it was the same part. **  This shop wants to charge me $140 in labor to fix the same problem in a little more than 4 months.   Save your money find a shop that provides one year warranty on parts & LABOR.

Bob is always amazing! Not only did he help me out with my pre-trip oil change, but he also made sure to do an inspection on my car to make sure I would be safe. Any time I go to Meineke in Murray Utah I know I will be treated with compassion and will not have a towel thrown over my eyes with what is happening with my vehicle. Thank you Bob and your Meineke staff for making it so I had one less worry with all the driving I do! You are the best!

Bob is the best. Typically I'm weary of being taken advantage of by mechanics because I'm a woman with limited vehicle knowledge. Bob made me feel exceptionally comfortable with his knowledge and as I had gotten a few other estimates, I knew he gave me a great price. Highly recommended.

My wife usually hates taking my car in to get an oil change or S&E because the employees can be really pushy and abrasive. She often complains that she doesn't know enough about cars to know if they are cheating her. She said she felt like the people here were honest, kind, and very good at explaining things (not pushy at all). She also mentioned how fast the service was. She dropped the car off at 11:30 for an oil change and was home by 12:30. The price was one of the cheapest we've found, and it looks like that is true for all services.

This place is a bit farther from our house, but I think we will be getting all of our car stuff done here from now on because of the positive experience. She has been to 5-6 car places in the Murray area and this was by far the best.
