On March 10th I took my 2003 SUV for an oil change as I received a coupon in the mail and decided to try them out.  I was charged for 7 quarts of oil and a sticker was placed in my windshield.  

Fast forward to May and I have not driven 3000 miles yet.  A mobile mechanic performs a 50 point inspection on my vehicle and shows me that I barely have any oil on the dipstick. I return to Meineke and explain the situation and they add 1 quart of oil and sent me on my way.  

Now I will admit that I do not know anything really about cars however 1 quart of oil does not address the problem. I am not a confrontational person so I said Thank-you and left.  Based off of my experience I will not be returning to this facility for any further services as I have to trust the mechanic that services my vehicle and trust that they will be honest in their work and assessment.  Based off of my experience I do not have that trust here.

This is a great place to bring your vehicle! Meineke Car Care Center in Indian Trail has been servicing my car for 2-3 years. Jeff, The owner has helped me with my major and minor car issues and resolved them in the most professional manor. I highly recommend this location to anyone!

I took my car to this location for them to diagnose the problem I was having. The response time was great for letting me know what was going on with my car. At the time it was the beginning of the month so I couldn't afford a $1000 repair bill at the time. I informed the gentleman I'd being the car back in 2 weeks to get the car fixed. After I left I called back to get the name of the part I needed for the car so I could shop the part. The gentleman who answered the phone told me not to bring my car in to be diagnosed if I was just gonna have someone else do the job. I thought that was rude because his job is to tell me what problems I am having with my car not to tell me where I can take it to be fixed. If you give me an outrageous estimate, of course I'm gonna go to someone else to do the job. If you have a problem diagnosing problems then charge for it, problem solved and you won't feel like someone is wasting your time.

Great guys, great welding skills. Replaced my muffler with an aftermarket one with no issue. It was rusted on and would have been quite difficult to do on my own!

I came to get my tires balanced and car alignment. They off balanced my tired 5-7oz, each tire. Within 2 wks my tires were worn down to the cables, tires only had 10k on them. Cost me $800 for 2 NEW tires plus balance and alignment. Don't start a job if you cant do it right! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
